Reviews Horrible venue. There were no good sight lines except for about 10 spots standing at the railing. Two domestic beers set you back about $20. If you wanted to pay $100 per person you could sit on couches in front of the band. There were about 70 people who did this. The rest of us suffered. People came in from out of town to see the show and they were pissed. The band's performance was great as usual but they only played about 7 songs. I would hope the band distances itself from this top 40 kiddie radio station. Mix 94.1. Every time they come to Las Vegas they are put into a show where they play a short set or an unplugged set. People from the radio station were in the $100 area (probably comped) and were more interested in getting their pictures taken than listening to the band. They were a bunch of posers. We want a real show at a real venue like the HOB at the Mandalay Bay.
Frustrated in Vegas! -jgb1 December 14, 2008
That venue fuckin blew.
Got a chance to chat with Marc after the show. It's been years since I've been to an O.A.R. show where I was absolutely blown away, but I'll give credit to those guys. They are extremely grateful to their fans and legitimately cool guys. -mcrobbyj December 14, 2008
great set list and a cool crowd. all of yall haters that want to bitch about the venue and the drink prices chill out. i thought it was a cool place to see a show and the tix where only 10 bucks plus there was monitors everywhere. all of the haters out there quit moaning and be thankful that boys came to our town and played for the only radio station in southern nevada to play there tunes. I would see o.a.r. play in the back cooler of a grocery store and not bitch one bit thats how down i am for them and there music.
so to all yall that want to bitch like you always do on these reviews ba humbug.... -pcurtis December 14, 2008
