Reviews The band started promptly right at 8pm. It was probably one of the only shows they've played where absolutely not one person in the audience was drunk or drinking alcohol. There was no real security. The show was only announced about 3 days ago. Most people probably were not hardcore fans even though some of the people up front knew lyrics to Crazy Game Of Poker. The keyboard guy played one major solo during a song I can't remember and played the triangle solo during Crazy Game. Marc said many times how it was "the most important thing I've done in my life" referring to playing for the troops. 52-50 was written about a friend who traveled and was away from home like us. Lay Down was about "making whoppee." It was quiet enough for Marc to converse with members of the outdoor audience somewhat. He totally went out of his way to treat us to a good night and I gained a lot of respect for him as a person. Overall most songs were jammed out and everyone in the band seemed relaxed. The bassist took some photos of the crowd during I Feel Home. Total show time was about 1.5 hours with a meet and greet (photos and autographs) immediately after the show. -golfnkuwait August 27, 2007
