Reviews couldnt make it but a grate setlist -ryry9339 April 6, 2007
awsome setlist. can't wait to see them.. i'm dying here at home. -anyway April 6, 2007
Awesome setlist alot of old stuff which was nice to hear... Felt like they were really feelin the crowd and the new tour...And the Architect is going to be a sick song when they record it -HuntzISU71 April 6, 2007
insane set - one of my favorite shows - couldnt ask for a better night - got my friend hooked -oldmatime April 6, 2007
Most amazing setlist i have ever seen / heard. 6th concert, and when it comes to the music it was far and away the best. Not only was the setlist amazing, the versions they sung were unbelievable. Poker had to be 20+ minutes. The fans we aweful though. I dont think they appreciated how amazing it was compared to all of OARs concerts. like half the people were sitting down for the show. The one other thing was it really wasnt as loud as their normal concerts for example at the aragon in chicago. Overall it was an UNBELIEVABLE concert. They stuck to their old stuff for the most part (which in my opinion is perfectly alright). The only thing they should have done different is recorded it and realeased it as their greatest hits album. -OldManTime714 April 6, 2007
It was so nice and unexpected to hear only 2 songs from stories of a stranger. I was blown away by the choice of songs, finally a predominate set of old tunes. Road Outside Columbus was a great way to end the night. -bfriel99 April 6, 2007
Def. BLOWN AWAY by the song choices!! BEST SETLIST I'VE EVER SEEN BY FAR!! They sounded unreal. It was awsome they played ROC. The guys who Marc was talking about were right in front of us.

What else can I say? Another amazing show I was lucky enought to catch. I have to add I agree the crowd was awful. Not b.c they were annoying, just b/c they only knew the usual Hey Girl, Poker, and LM. Hopefully this will make them go out and soak up all the rest of this band's amazing music. They were cheering throughout the whole show which was awsome. But there were only a few of us who really can understand what an amazing show we really saw.

It's this kind of music when O.A.R. is at their best: When they can allow time in their music to use improvisation. I feel that when Marc is singing and telling the story, he focuses on bringing his own personal awareness and develops a profound understanding of the action or the "feeling" he is singing about. When Marc spoke about writing The Wanderer when he was in prep school for instance, he said that he wrote the music on what he wants or what he thought might happen to him later in life. What I'm trying to get at is this fusion of "understanding" and "awareness" allows him to tell the story within the context of his own improvisation technique, even if he has never experienced a similar situation. The surrounding audience was fun. I love it when everyone is out of their seats and dancing. And for you Millikin students, getting to experience that show are your student fees well spent. I hope you enjoyed it! -WittichSTL02 April 7, 2007
Holy cow! Is that the best setlist ever? Why couldn't they do that the night before. I'm not complaining but geez nothing competes with that set. -rocco52 April 7, 2007
that setlist is unbelievable, someone please have a recording -bokaaaaaaaj April 7, 2007
Ive seen a more then a few O. A. R. shows, never really felt the need to post my thoughts. but this show really cant be put into words. It was awesome! i still can't beleive what we heard. we can only hope that there was a kind soul who taped this show and is willing to share.
Hope the band is getting our message and finding out that the oldies never get old. To Zion Goes I ~Tones -The~CB~OAR~fan April 9, 2007
Most amazing show i've EVER attended! In all honesty the concert is unexplainable. This was the 7th show i've been to, traveled 4 hours from Oregon,WI and experienced the best O.A.R. concert ever. The bongo intro to Black Rock was so amazing. O.A.R. is one of the best bands because of the freestyles and solos they make up on the spot. I can't find words for this concert. It's one of those things that give you a high every time you think about it. Like other people said too, the crowd deff. did not apprecaite how good of a show they were watching. Best god damn concert EVER!!!!! -oarfan_23 April 9, 2007
I have seen O.A.R. more times than i can count on my hands and toes but I know just one thing. This is with out a doubt the best show I have ever seen by them. From start to finish they had me jumping around with my friends and loving life more then ever! The bongo intro and blood outro is absolutley amazing and should be kept for a professional recording. My one friend said that they could have came out and played I feel home and took a dump on stage and that would have been a great show. But they DID PLAY I FEEL HOME which they never fucking do and we could not believe it. Amazing performance all around by all members of the band. The architect is gonna be a great addition to all the other new songs they have coming out for us. I got the lyrics to it along with one of the setlists which will be framed in my room shortly. I was told that they were only going to go on for about 45 minutes and was devistated but then they came and pumped out 2 hours plus and blew me the fuck away! Every song was played amazingly couldnt have asked for anything else. There better have been somone who recorded this show, because I know there are many who want to hear this show again. I don't care if you recorded it on your cell phone or with a tape recorder from the crowd....people that missed out on this show need to know how amazing they were "that night"....i just wish some of the students that got those damn free tickets would have been a little more interested in the greatest fucking band ever! I saw so many of you sitting in your chairs the entire show(WTF are you thinking). Yes I am talking to you in the left and right balcony, jump up and down or just nod your fucking head a little bit. There were so many people that probably couldnt go to this concert because seats were taken from the free tickets, so be lucky that they came to that shatty university and put on the greatest show EVER! Also the sound could have been a little louder but it sure didnt stop me and my crew from rocking the fuck out for a delicate few!

ur god damn right I was that guy pmacOAR -programstranger April 10, 2007
Program Stanger... were you the guy with your girl that I was waiting for the setlists with and they only brought one back and you guys got it ? -pmacOAR April 11, 2007
i was that other guy who got the setlist. i went to go get it in the middle of poker cuz i knew a lot of ppl would have wanted that bad boy. and on the way back to my seat i almost tripped over the power chords that headed directly to the stage. that was a close one, almost ruined poker for a lot of people. but i have to agree that was the BEST show i have ever seen. its nuts that so many people were sitting during the entire thing. and i must agree, the architect will be good, the lyrics need a little tweaking but its sound is incredible. i am really looking forward to their next CD. it sucks that no one recorded the damn thing. i asked a guy working at the soundboard if anyone was plugged in and he said no and there were no mics in the place for a recording. but if you were there you knew what everyone else missed -tfcolucci April 11, 2007
Correct me if I'm wrong but Black Rock with the bongo intro and blood outro might be one of the tightest song I've ever heard in my life. When I'm at school I have to deal with these Dave Matthews fans all the time. I like Dave, but what makes there fans hate us. Oh ya its because O.A.R. would blow them off the stage. To get to my point someone was trying to dog me and programstranger out about O.A.R. and we were like ya have you ever heard I feel Home best lyrics to any song ever. Game. Set. Match. On that arguement. To get to the show. Amazing. I've seen over 20 shows and this was by far the best show I've ever seen. They need to play The architect again and someone needs to record it, because if it becomes popular, its going to be the new Delicate Few. The crowd can really get invovled in that one. -cpfinne April 15, 2007
This was far and beyond the best show I've been to. I was the only one around where I was at that knew Something Coming Over. I was impressed by The Architect, that looks to be a badass song down the line. I love being the first ones to hear new songs. See You Cry and The Architect.

Finally got to hear Road Outside Columbus. 7 or 8 shows, and i'm always bummed I never heard it live. Until now.

We were confused at the end, because there wasnt that long of a wait for the encore, so we were wondering if they'd come out and play a few more after Poker. So caught up in the night that I didnt realize they had already played 18 songs.

By far best concert yet. -Kingofthething27 April 25, 2007
This was my first time seeing O.A.R. I did not know anything about the band. I really only went because my friend wanted me to go with him, and I was his only way to get tickets since my sister goes to Millikin.

So yeah, I know everyone who wasn't at this show proboly is going to hate me because I literally did not know any of their songs minus love and memories and road outside columbus. This is coming from a huge DMB fan so I know how you guys feel. I guess this was a great way to start my first show. (if this really is the best setlist ever, i really dont know lol). I look forward to becoming a bigger fan! -Sou1 So1di3r September 22, 2007
