Reviews Very strong show. Howie Day should be dropped from the bill for his attitude and actions toward the crowd. AMAZING amount of people there...10,000 or so so I hear. Def. makes me like Jersey a tad bit more...not much though. -JasonDeLapp August 9, 2004
O.A.R. was amazing. The crowd however was pathetic. I couldn't believe the number of people sitting in there seats. I've seen more energy from a crowd at a little league baseball game. Less than half the number of people at West Chester generated 10 times more energy. It was very disappoting for the number of people that were there. But O.A.R put on a killer show, as usual. -baker328 August 9, 2004
Great show, rocked the place with SBS to finish. Crowd was OK. Jones beach crowd the previous night was pathetic. Did they even know who OAR was. What can you expect from a bunch of 14 yr olds from Long Island. PNC was a better show for sure. -nchadwic August 9, 2004
awesome show. heard 4 songs that i hadn't heard live before (windy city man, if only she knew, wonderful day, toy store) intro to poker was very cool, right on time also rocked the house. place was kickin all night..great show..cant wait to get the recording -onecrazygame August 9, 2004
The show was a little on the short side, but I thought the setlist was really good. Section 102 was pretty into it, it sucks that you guys were in bad areas.

It was one of the best shows I have seen overall. -BltByKrmn August 9, 2004
i thought the show was bangin'...but any OAR show is. Sunday Bloody Sunday was amazing, however i agree it was a short show. w/e. when are OAR gonna be in NY?!?! -spangler August 9, 2004
I thought the show was insane. I also was in section 102 and everyone I saw was very into it. The encore was very energetic and Sunday Bloody Sunday was insane. There were a ton of people there too. -unknownsurfer August 10, 2004
Great show, played most of my favorite songs. The Weight and Sunday Bloody Sunday were awesome. Delicate Few, About An Hour Ago and Missing Pieces were nice to hear again.

I just want to know when I went from being the youngest person at an OAR concert when I was 20 to now one of the oldest at 22. It was pretty ridiculous.

Also, on the original setlist, Right on Time was not on there, but was played in place of Conquering Fools. -usty August 10, 2004
Howie Day sucked. OAR played an amazing set. I don't know where you guys were but the first 10 rows of the 100's sections were all standing having a good time. When I looked back, most of the people were sitting. -lm1546 August 11, 2004
I was SO suprised at the number of people there. Didn't think that the middle of NJ would be a good place for a show, but it was great. They gave Matt Nathenson a nice send off and his contribution on SBS was good as well. -Rounder1027 August 12, 2004
Setlist was ok but it seemed like everysong they played even the new ones no1 knew were really catching on with the crowd. I also sat in sec 102 and thoguht everyone was having a good time. One more thing is Howie day gay or was i the only one who noticed him mount matt nathanson?

Awesome. Matt rocked as usual. Howie was as disappointing as usual. And O.A.R. were filled with energy. As usual. Huge crowd, but seemed like the majority only knew a few songs. Benj was walking around near my seats and nobody even recognized him. Still great to see the band getting to headline venues like this. -missing27pieces August 18, 2004
1st off Howie Day was terriable. now to OAR. it was my 1st time seeing the band and wow was i impressed. they rocked sooo hard. all of the new stuff was really good and catchy. highlights were hey girl, right on time, delicate few, and crazy game. the only negitive thing i have to say about the band it: they are the headlining act and they play for the same time or shorter then the the other acts which i think is a bummer. so ill def come to see OAR again, but hopefully they make their sets LONGER -axion520 September 8, 2004
wow, all I have to say is that fuckin something coming over is going to be by far the best oar song in a couple of months...can't wait for hammerstein 2k4 for whoever is going... -elyoarpoker September 23, 2004
wow so the 2nd time ive heard them play sunday bloody sunday..what a trat, ecspecially with matt nathanson on stage with him, it was insane.
the crowd kind of sucked, and so did howie day, which was dissappointing. Matt NAthanson rocked and so did OAR, so overall a good show -DMBchik225 November 30, 2004
This Show was amazing. it was my first time at an OAR show. The set list was short (compared to some others on this site) but any thing they do is simply amazing! I loved it when they busted out the simpsons theme song! Before this show my girlfriend didn't care for O.A.R., and now she is hooked to it!

I was at this show, probably about my 10th or so OAR show... it was an awesome show! Set was great, the crowd was great, overall it was a great time.

OAR's set was taped by at least two different tapers. Hopefully the sources will surface one day... -bsbeamer September 30, 2005
