Reviews This was my first O.A.R. show, and I really enjoyed the band and the music. John Mayer was a really cool opener. The crowd was really freakin' obnoxious. Screaming songs that you want to hear is okay I guess, but, after every freakin' song is annoying. Some dirtbag was screaming "Black Rock" throughout the set, and even after they played it. "Hey we're so good at this that we're going to play the same song twice." People were fighting outside during the show...really immature at an O.A.R. show. The band did a really great job in such a horrible environment. Nita's (the old locale) was such a craphole that it was 30 degrees hotter inside than it was outside, and it was 100+ degrees that day in Phoenix, and probable in the mid to high 90's after dark even! Hats off to them for doing a great job in such adverse conditions! -boypuck September 4, 2004
That's funny that someone just added a review yesterday. This show is over 3 years old.
This was my first show also. I was completely blown away. The thing I remember about this show is how damn hot it was inside. Marc's face was just pouring sweat. I also remember he broke a string and just improvised as he replaced the string on stage. I wish I had known about taping back then. This would have been a blast to have recorded. -mcrobbyj September 5, 2004
